I am also a Yoga Practitioner as I believe that Ayurveda and yoga go hand in hand. They are two sides of the same coin. Ayurveda heals through panchakarma (detox program), rejuvenation, herbs, and proper diet and lifestyle regimen and Yoga heals through Asana, Pranayama and meditation.

My Journey to Ayurveda
During my childhood, Ayurveda has been an interesting subject for me as I have seen many of my family & relatives often visiting our locality allopathic doctor for common ailments such as cold, tonsillitis, digestive problems etc however my grandfather was diagnosed with arthritis on his right leg and it immobilized him and unfortunately there wasn’t any particular treatment for it and it still does not have. During such period he was suggested to undergo Ayurvedic remedies and Panchakarma treatment and miraculously all the misery he underwent was vanished and also he became more active after the treatments. This brought in me the passion towards Ayurveda. Also my interest in Yoga led me to learn more and complete certification from beginner to advanced level of Yoga Courses.
